Cancellation policy: should you need to reschedule an appointment, 24 hours notice is required to avoid being charged the full price for the missed office visit. 

Late arrivals: in order to respect everyone’s time, appointments end at their scheduled time. If you arrive late, your treatment time may unfortunately be shortened to avoid delaying the next patient.
